The human experience is full of changes and challenges. They manifest in every role we play as individuals, as partners, as family members and within our communities. Often, we possess the skills and tools to move through them without tremendous difficulty, and therefore without outside intervention.
At times, however, we encounter situations in which there appears no viable way forward. It’s not failure. A certain degree of stress, conflict, frustration, fear and uncertainty is unavoidable.
